• I was a senior Instructor of English at the Specific Training Centre - Al - Zawyia Oil Company -from (1992 – 2001) and a teacher of English Language at the Credit System Schools in Kuwait from 1979 – to 1990.

• I conducted research papers at national and international conferences in the field of English Language teaching and learning. My main research interests are: learner autonomy, material development, academic skills, and language acquisition.

• I attended and participated in different seminars and conducted different workshops for the newly appointed teachers.
